Daniel & Marissa Lindstrom

Hi everyone!

We are Daniel and Marissa Lindstrom! 

Daniel grew up on the coast and moved to Silverton in 2017, while Marissa grew up in Bend and went to OSU (go Beavs!). Marissa was living in Beaverton when we met, and moved to Silverton when we got married in June of 2024. We are loving married life and serving God together! Daniel works at the High School and Marissa works at the Hospital by day, and we are both Young Life leaders and Youth Pastors by night:) We have both been leading youth in various capacities for 10+ years, and we absolutely LOVE being a part of God’s ministry and seeing how he moves, and what he has in store for this next generation. 

Outside of ministry, we both love coaching basketball, and being outside in nature doing activities like hiking, camping, and kayaking. We also love spending time with our family and friends. We are youth pastors, so naturally we love all things yard games, board games, video games, being silly, and not taking life too seriously. We can’t wait to see how God uses our marriage for His Kingdom. We love this church community and everything they stand for. Whether on staff or not, this church is home. 

Marissa’s favorite verse: Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Daniel’s favorite verse: 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest upon me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
